1. Can I start shopping without registering?
No, you have to register before placing any orders in foodwise.hk .  However, you can still browse products and register anytime you like. Registration is free and there is no obligation to shop after you have registered.

2. How to register
Go to foodwise.hk Click on the "Become a FoodWise Member" button at the top right corner, and fill in your personal information and click "SUBMIT"

3. I have forgot my password.
Click on the "Login Now " button at the top right corner at foodwise.hk homepage, then select "Forget Password" at the bottom right corner. Enter email address as instructed and press "SUBMIT". We will send you a password reset email.

4. How do I checkout?
Once you have added items to your Cart, you may Checkout at any time by selecting ‘Checkout’ at the bottom of My Shopping Place.

5. Is there any upper limit for online shopping in foodwise.hk?
For security reasons, the total amount of your order cannot exceed HK$30,000 if you are paying by Visa or MasterCard.

6. What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay for payment. You may also use Wise Dollar (if any) in your account to pay.

7. What if there are mistakes in my order?

8. What if items are out of stock?
If your requested items are out of stock, you will be able to choose an available substitute. Product availability should be confirmed during the checkout process.
If any of your chosen products are found to be out of stock after your order has been confirmed, we will contact you directly regarding delivery arrangements.

9. How can I check my order status and details of my previous orders?
You may check your order status and details of your previous orders by clicking on the ‘My Accounts’ button located on the bottom of the page.

10. How can I update my personal information?
You may update your personal information by clicking on the ‘My Accounts’ button located on the bottom of the page.

11. How do I send my order to a different address?
You may change the location by simply clicking on ‘Change’ at the top of My Shopping Place and select another address from your Address Book.

12. How can I enjoy free delivery?
Free delivery service provide for each order with spending of HK$500 or above (after discount and after e-coupon/promotion code).

13. What are the delivery time slots?
You can choose the delivery date before submitting your order. The earliest delivery time will be 2 days after order submission, or the latest within 9 days. (e.g. Your order is submitted at 1 SEP 2020, you can choose the delivery date from 3 – 10 SEP 2020.) For the time slots, we provide service at morning (10:00 – 13:00), afternoon (14:00 – 18:00) and evening (19:00 – 22:00).

15. What are the time slots of self-pickup?
There is no time slots can be chosen for self-pickup service. Our service will be available 3 days after order submission. (e.g. You ordered and paid on 1 SEP 2020, your merchandises will be delivered to the retail shop on 4 SEP 2020) You will be contacted after merchandises delivered to FoodWise retail shop.

16. Can I give an authorize others to receive my delivery?
You can authorize any person to receive the delivery. You and authorized persons agree to present the following identificational documents upon request when you knowledge receipt of the delivery, and signed on delivery note for confirmation of successful delivery.
